At long last fredwebs.com and fredwebs.net have a new home with WebHost4Life.  The previous service, Readyhosting, still could not provide ASP.NET 2.0 service after it being out for over 18 months.  As a bonus, the cost is half of the Readyhosting price and there is a much better control panel.
